For any nomination eligible for The Next Connect Reward of $10,000.00 (“The Reward”), the following conditions must apply for the person making the nomination (“Nominator”) and the business being nominated (“Business”).
- The Reward is only received upon successful closing of transaction.
- Business has to be a direct contact of Nominator and Business has to recognize Nominator, in writing, as a contact.
- Next Equities, by way of written or email confirmation, must show acceptance of nomination. There is then a 1 (one) year timeframe from the date of acceptance till the date of closing of the transaction in order for the reward to be received. If a transaction is closed between Next Equities and the Business after a period of 1 year, the reward is forfeited.
- The Nominator must be an independent person and cannot be representing a financial or professional institution either wholly or in part.
- The Nominator must be aware of his or her own obligations under the securities laws of Canada.
